Daggerstone was born during a Stormy night late during a newgreen many turns ago, in a depression in a large tree that his parents had taken shelter in. Young Daggerstone, grew up a typical wolfrider youth, except that rocks and carving fasinated him, to the point of distraction, an exasperation for his parents. Just before he came of age, his parents were caught out in a wild fire, but no bodies were found and they never came back. Stricken, Stone took to practicing his passion for carving, as a remedy and escape for his pain. During this time, some fifty turns, he found his rockshaping simply by accident. By the time he awoke from his nightmare, he was a excellent carver and able shaper, capable of intricate designs on anything from blades to jewelry to wind whistles. |
